Who Is Responsible for Your Information
Cue Studios Co is the entity responsible for the personal information collected through the Site.

Please only submit information you're comfortable sharing, and only submit information about yourself.
Submitting an application doesn't guarantee selection.
Some shows or formats have age requirements, which will be stated on the relevant form. You must meet the requirement to apply.
If you're selected, you'll be asked to sign a separate release or participation agreement, which will govern how your appearance and footage are used. That agreement is separate from this policy.
If you're not selected, we keep your application only as long as we need it for casting purposes (see How Long We Keep Your Information) and may contact you about future casting opportunities unless you ask us not to.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
Review casting applications, contact applicants, and select participants.
Respond to your questions and requests.
Send updates about our content, casting calls, and projects, if you've signed up.
Understand our audience and how the Site is used.

How We Share Your Information
We don't sell your personal information. We may share it:
With service providers and contractors who help us run the Site and our casting process, such as hosting, form, database, and email tools.

We may keep it longer if the law requires, or if it's needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. If you appear in published content, that content may remain available even if we delete your application data.

Your information is stored and processed in the United States using third-party vendors that use industry-standard security measures. By using the Site, you consent to your information being transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices
Cookies: You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Emails: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.
Access, correction, and deletion: You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@cuestudios.co. We'll respond as required by applicable law.
Do Not Track: The Site doesn't currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. Contact us and we'll do our best to honor them.

Children's Privacy
